Flange Rectifier (Hand Operated) Suitable for reforming and straightening the flanges of can which have become buckled or distorted during / storage. This is a useful and simple machine for the rectification of deshaped flanges of cans. To operate a can is placed upon a pilot nose, which is a change part for different diameters of cans. Flange rectification is obtained by slowly motion the can and simultaneously bringing the semi-circular jaw sharply against the flange by means of the hinged handle. Provided suitable for 3" to 7" cans in diameter.

This machine is designed to emboss standard ends with the required reference letters of figures. The machine is operated by a foot treadle which, when depressed, embosses the lid by virtue of maker dies, without piercing it. It uses an inexpensive method because it does't require links, hazardous waste disposal or skilled technicians to operate. Supplied with one set of double row die holder, but without Alphabets and Numerical.
