Pharmaceutical Equipments

Used for tablet to determine the durability at the time of production. The apparatus consists of the following.

Transparent plastic Perspex Bath with cover. 1000 cc verssel made from Corning Glass. Bath is fitted with 500-Watts heater. A F.H.P. Electric Motor provided with electronic speed regulator which varied from 25 R.P.M. TO 250 R.P.M. Approx. A stainless Steel stirring rod fitted with Electric Motor to Rotate smooth and without any perceptible wobble in the vessel. A thermostat is provided to maintain water temperature at 37°C only distilled water should be fitted in Bath before operation. Complete unit supplied with 3 core wire and plug to work on 220 volt A.C.

Same specification as RB-501 but for 6 tests provided with six motors, digital R.P.M. Meter Digital temperature controller & digital timer. Also provided with lifting system with water circulating system.

Used for determination of disintegration of time of tablets. The test equipment consist of 1 liter Beaker tablet can be tested simultaneously through motorized shaft moves up and down direction of 28 to 32 R.P.M. Approx carrying a rigid basket rack assembly. On the upper end of the shaft is fitted a horizontal strip to support cylindrical standard size glass tubes with stainless steel wire gauge bottom. Cylindrical basket moves up and down with standard perforated made of acrylic sheet inside in one liter glass beaker of distilled water. Unit having hot plate raging 65 watts fixed on the top for BEAKER. Temperature can be maintained by thermostat in between 35°C to 37°C. Complete with 3-core wire and plug to work on 220 volts A.C. (Without Beaker) -Do- as above but with Digital Model.

Used for tablets to determine the durability at the time of production. A transparent plastic Perspex drum 300 mm Dia × 35 mm deep with cover approx: also a shaped radit blades which the tablets along with it up to the central height and lets them off while drum is rotation, it tablet rub against each other without any hard impact. The drum rotates at a fix speed of 30 R.P.M. by Motor. The rotation period is controlled by electric timer in between 1 to 5 R.P.M. The motor is cover steel cabinet and shaft extended on one side which the plastic drum rotate. Tablets are weighed before after the test and the difference is weight for a particular time period indication the rate of abrasion. Complete unit with electric time switch with neon indicator provided on a front panel with 3 core wire and plug to work on 220 volts. A.C.

For making tablets upto 100 mg and as per size of punch 6mm. Automatic compression and ejection device with each revolution of the wheel drive, Built on heavy cast iron body with eccentrics pressure system. Stainless Steel hopper provided and connected by a P.V.C. Tube. Easy setting for thickness and harness of tablets with nuts and locknuts, set of two spanners provided as necessary tools. Die and set of punches are of chromium steel. Fitted on stand.

Shovel type, made of aluminum, 100 tablets 9.5 mm provided with a pouring lip and handle. A quick and convenient device for easy counting.

To test tablet hardness quickly, accurately and conveniently. The instrument is ideal for tablet hardness testing, very handy and portable, records quickly and directly on dial indicator. The hardness reading with accuracy of + 0.5 kg upto 20 kgs. Maximum tablet diameter testable is 25 mm.

Stainless Steel 8" Dia laboratory size. The machines is worked by oil immersed grea box with F.H.P. Motor driven. Air blower is operated independently and air is thermostatically controlled to give temperature 30°C to 110°C. Switches for motor, blower heat and thermostat are fitted on a panel with neon indicator.

Pen size 12" Dia (Laboratory size) Detacheable polishing pan for use with above. Made of mild steel, painted and provided with inner lining of superior canvas cloth. Inner diameter 12"×8" ht. with opening 12" dia neck with motor.
