APPLICATIONS
- "Square" Front Loading Autoclave with Vacuum & Dry
Cycle is designed for sterilization and ideal for all applications
requiring rapid, reliable and total destruction of all living
micro-organisms.
- Very useful in Agricultural Institutes Veterinary Institutes,
Opthalmic Surgeons, Dental Surgeons, Surgical Doctors, Polyclinics &
Hospitals, Operation Theaters, QC/Micro as a stand by unit.

CONSTRUCTION
- User friendly.
- Outer Body made of Mild Steel duly powder coated and Fiber (Corrosion
Resistant Material)
- Inner Body made of Stainless Steel (Corrosion Resistant Material).
- Provided with micro bacterial filter & Safety Thermostat.
- LED Display of Temperature, Time & Pressure range of Pressure and
Temperature of the Autoclave is 15 PSI at 1210C to 30 PSI at 1340C.
- Provided with error massaging and warning system Facility.
- Fully microprocessor controlled management for constant monitoring of
parameters and control of the autoclave functions.
- It has four cycles:
1. Cycle for unwrapped load, working temperature 1210C (20 min) &
1340C (4 min).
2. Cycle for wrapped Loads, working temperature 1210C (20 min) &
1340C (4 min).
3. Cycle for Cotton Load, working temperature 1210C (20 min).
4. Cycle for Plastic Loads, working temperature 1210C (20 min).
- Auto Shut-off and Stand by mode facility.
- Automatic functioning & drying system prevent rusting of delicate
instruments & helps dry clothing or absorbent materials.
- Automatic Exhaust steam is discharged in built water collection tank.
