This machine is designed for extracting the pulp of most fruits and vegetables such as mangoes, guavas, peaches, tomatoes, banana etc. Mounted on a heavy duty mild steel stand, the central puling unit of the machine consists of a pair of brushes fixed on stainless steel shaft and one stainless steel. The gap between the sieve and the brushes can be adjusted to suit different types, sizes and is easily removable for quick interchanging and cleaning. All contract parts are of S.S. 304 grade.

These pulper are used a wide range of fruit and vegetable pulper. Which can be used to extract pulps from fruits and vegetables. These pulpers are highly effective and also high on performance. These fruit and vegetable pulpers are used various purpose line skin removal, destining, pulping and finishing of pulps from fruits and vegetables like mangoes, lichi, tomatoes, carrot, pineapple and many more. The fruit and vegetable pulper is furnished with parts linke scraper rotors, spiral scraper and bushes which rotates at a very high speed thus separating the stone, skin and the pulp. The secondary stage is uded for receiving the refined pulp from the primary stage and is available in the following capacity.

This machine is suitable for crushing stoneless fruits and vegetable. The machine is mounted on a heavy duty mild steel stand equipped with motor and starter. The material is fed into the stainless steel hopper which feeds the products into the crushing drum, which consists of stationery blades and rotary beater which crushes the loaded product.

(a) Hydraulic juice press: It is a hand operated unit with a hydraulic pump of capacity 5 tones. This unit is mounted on very heavy base and pillars along with hand screw arrangement. Supplied with TEAK WOOD Circular plank held together with S.STTEL Strips. A thick M.S. Base tray lined with. S.S. is provided with the unit. It is the most unit able press for extracting juice apples, pineapple, carrots, ginger, grapes etc.

(b) Hydraulic Juice Press (Manual) : These are manufactured with high quality material to give efficient durability and high tensile strength. The product is used to extract juice (manual) is available in roll-in roll out type send rotary type presses for higher capacity utilizing. The juice pan is also structured from S.Steel having proper depth which prevents the juice from squirting out from the wooden racks and the filter cloth. Hydraulic juice press pressure capacity 10 tones.

(c) Hydraulic Juice Press (Motorized) : The Hydraulic Juice (Motorized) is use for the extraction of juice from crushed fruits like pineapple, grapes, orange, apple etc. The product is also endowed with features like efficient durability and high tensile strength. The motorized hydraulic juice press having stainess steel tray with proper depth which prevents the juice from spilling out from the filter cloth and wooded racks thereby retaining the nutrients left in the pulp from other juice. Pressure capacity 25 tones.

These rosing machines are suitable for the extraction of lemon and tight skin oranges. The machine is mounted on M.S. Stand ½ HP Motor. The machine is also constructed with high quality contact parts are made from Aluminum and S. Steel.

With cutting knife mounted on MS Stand. Capacity 60-90 fruits per minute with ½ HP Motor.

This product is used for the extraction of juice from peeled fruits and is a fabricated with all sturdy aluminum body with stainless steel strainer. The hand operated fruit juicer is suitable for continuous operation and is easy to clean and maintain. These machine also easy to use and do not require any power or electricity as it works on the simple principal of pressing the machine.

Used for peeling the raw potato with the help of special emery lining inside the feeder Our Peeler is designed aesthetically and is used to peel the skin of potatoes in faster way. Our potato peeler leads to minimum peel loss and for better peeling.
