Coal/Wood Fired : It is a multistage, vertical, cross tubes type boiler having double jacketed fire box with pretheater, steam generator, steam reservoir, super heater, economizer with S.S. working parts, a multistage stage water feed pump fitted electric motor with chimney and standard boiler fitting such as water level gauge glass ser, safety valve, pressure gauge, feed check valve, fire bars, water inlet, outlet cock, blow down cock etc. (Coal-Wood Fired).

Double Fired : NON IBR 'Coil Type' water tubes steam generator (fully insulated) having a coil made of ERW boiler quality tubes fitted in a shell, with automatic water feed system (pump and motor), diesel firing system with standard boiler accessories and economizer to feed the hot water for fuel economy-all mounted on a platform ready to start.

Two filling heads, suitable for filling all sizes and types of bottles to predetermined level. Capacity 10/15 bottles / minute, Suitable for filling all types of liquids to a predetermined level in glass, rigid HPDE3 & Aluminum bottles with narrow necks. The machine is designed to accommodate ketchup, hot syrups & is fitted1 with over SS Tank. Completely made of Stainless steel 304 grade.

All contact parts are made of stainless steel, simply designed, sturdy construction. The material is fed into the hoper continuously and gets washed by slow tumbling action of the rotary drum. After washing, the Material comes out through the other end. Capable of washing fruits, vegetables and most suitable for washing fruits like mange, pears, apple, Tomatoes, carrots & other roots vegetables, Drum length 8' and Overall length 9.3", which 3.3' height 6'

Push type gravitational rolling. The empty can is pushed through the Steam tunnel, which injects steam and sterilizers the can before filling. Octal length of tunnel is 5' and can is passed through the tunnel by a Gravitational push type.

Four circular knives of high carbon steel which rotates in the same direction towards the centre and over which comes a feed hopper of suit various sizes of limes. Size feeders of 1.5", 2" and 3" dia for motors all of ½ HP 650 RPM. The top hopper covers through which the limes are fed is made of S.Steel. The button chute where the quarters come out and also the size feeders are made out of S.Steel. Capacity 200 kg/hr. Suitable for cutting lemon into 2 or 4 pieces.

Made of Stainless Steel 304 grade U-Shape chamber with rotation blades which turn and mix the product inside mounted on M.S. Frame. The Drum is titling for easy removal of product. Equipped with 2 HP Motor and reduction gearbox.
